Business
PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk is an Indonesia-based holding company primarily engaged in the design, marketing, wholesale, and retail distribution of Muslim fashion apparel, modest wear, and textile products. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, the company operates as a subsidiary of PT Lembur Sadaya Investama and manages its commercial activities through operating subsidiaries, including PT Bersama Zatta Mulya and PT Bersama Dauky Mulya. The company utilizes an outsourced contract manufacturing (makloon) production model and distributes its products across Indonesia through a nationwide retail network of standalone stores, partner boutiques, department store concessions, and digital direct-to-consumer e-commerce channels. Its core offerings are marketed under two primary proprietary brands: Elzatta, which specializes in women's Islamic fashion, including printed and plain hijabs, scarves, bergos, shawls, veils, gamis (long dresses), tunics, abayas, skirts, suits, outerwear, and innerwear; and Dauky, which delivers contemporary casual modest apparel for men and women, including shirts, traditional koko shirts, polo shirts, casual dresses, trousers, and daily lifestyle basics. In addition, the company provides specialized religious apparel and travel supplies, comprising Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage kits, mukena (prayer robes), and modest accessories such as inner caps, socks, and gloves; as well as wholesale fabrics, batik textiles, and household linens. In recent corporate developments, the company executed a strategic asset monetization in late 2025, divesting real estate assets valued at IDR 75 billion to PT Karya Utama Putra Mandiri to optimize capital structure and bolster operational liquidity. In parallel, the company has advanced its business transformation initiatives by streamlining unprofitable offline outlets, expanding third-party marketplace integrations, refining supply-chain turnaround times, and strengthening corporate governance frameworks, which supported the fulfillment of annual audited compliance mandates and the full restoration of share trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
