In a significant recent development, IFB Agro completed the acquisition of Cargill India Private Limited's commercial shrimp feed and freshwater fish feed business on July 31, 2025, for Rs 110 crore, with operations commencing at the acquired facilities on August 1, 2025, to bolster its aquaculture presence leveraging the target's Rs 353 crore annual turnover as of March 31, 2025 and available spare capacity. Additionally, the company finalized the voluntary liquidation of its UAE subsidiary in September 2025.
