Business
InCoax Networks AB (publ) specializes in providing high-performance broadband access solutions by repurposing existing in-building coaxial cable infrastructure for fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) and fixed wireless access (FWA) extension deployments. The company manufactures and sells a range of products including InCoax Control Units and Distribution Point Units (DPUs) like the InCoax D2501 for fiber access extension in small multi-dwelling units (MDUs) in point-to-multipoint (P2MP) coaxial networks; in:xtnd Control systems for fiber access extension in both point-to-point (P2P) and P2MP coaxial networks; InCoax Access modems such as the MoCA Access A251 and A101 series of network termination equipment (NTE) modems; frequency combiners under the InCoax Combine brand; and InCoax Manage cloud-based coax link manager (CLM) for element management. These products support multi-gigabit broadband speeds based on the MoCA Access™ standard, delivering up to 5 Gbps symmetrical speeds with low latency, enabling telecom operators, internet service providers, and fiber/FWA operators to deliver cost-effective broadband connectivity to MDUs, offices, and hotels in Europe, North America, and internationally. Recent major changes at InCoax include strategic partnerships and product launches aimed at expanding global market reach and enhancing technology integration. Notably, InCoax formalized a Memorandum of Understanding with Nokia in 2024, whereby Nokia integrates InCoax’s fiber access extension system solution within its Gigabit Connect portfolio to complement Nokia’s XGS-PON solutions, targeting broadband operators such as MSOs and cable operators globally. This partnership anticipates deliveries starting in the second half of 2024 and is designed to reduce installation time and costs for property owners while offering high-performance broadband access. Additionally, InCoax entered a strategic alliance with CTIconnect in early 2025 to expand broadband solutions in North America, leveraging InCoax’s MoCA Access technology to enhance digital inclusion in multi-dwelling units in urban and suburban markets. Further product innovation includes the launch of a new broadband access solution delivering 5 Gbps symmetrical speeds over coaxial networks and a 5G mmWave FWA broadband extension demonstrated live in Paris in 2025. Executive changes and strengthened sales initiatives also mark the company’s recent developments. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Lund, Sweden, InCoax Networks operates in the telecommunications equipment industry, focusing on high-speed broadband access technologies that address the last mile challenge in fiber deployment by innovatively utilizing existing coaxial infrastructure. Its customer base primarily includes communication service providers, broadband operators, and hospitality sector clients across the European Union, North America, and other international markets. InCoax’s solutions emphasize sustainability, cost efficiency, and scalability to support the growing demand for multi-gigabit internet access in multi-dwelling and commercial properties. This comprehensive approach positions InCoax Networks as a leading innovator in multi-gigabit broadband access technologies that bridge the gap between fiber infrastructure and end-user connectivity, with a strategic emphasis on collaboration with global technology leaders and market expansion across key regions.
