Inepar S.A. Indústria e Construções (INEP4.SA) manufactures and supplies equipment and provides integrated engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for infrastructure projects in the energy, oil and gas, transportation, and telecommunications sectors; its core offerings include equipment for electricity generation, transmission, distribution, and consumption such as components for power plants, substations, and reactive compensation systems; hydromechanical solutions for hydroelectric projects like gates, draft tubes, and flow control devices supplied to major sites including Belo Monte and Itaipu; oil and gas exploration and processing equipment; rail and metro transport infrastructure; cargo handling facilities; and telecommunications network implementation and expansion. Founded in 1953 and headquartered in Curitiba, Brazil, the company operates primarily in Brazil with international project experience in areas like power generation and operates under judicial reorganization.
