Founded in 1981 as Indian Exploration Private Limited and renamed International Travel House Limited in 1992, the company maintains its headquarters at Travel House, T-2 Community Centre, Sheikh Sarai Phase-I, New Delhi, India, with operations spanning 19 key cities across the country and global affiliations through partnerships like GlobalStar Travel Management in over 85 countries; it holds ISO 9001:2015 certification and serves corporate clients including Fortune 500 companies, individual travelers, and MICE events. As an associate of ITC Hotels Limited, it benefits from synergies in the hospitality sector while functioning as India's first publicly listed travel company since its IPO in 1993.
