Business
InVision AG (IVX.DE) develops and markets cloud-based workforce management software solutions for contact centers and customer service operations. The company offers injixo, a comprehensive workforce management platform featuring advanced forecasting, scheduling, intraday management, real-time monitoring, reporting, and employee engagement tools; The Call Center School, a cloud-based e-learning platform providing training programs for contact center professionals; and legacy on-premises solutions under InVision WFM, all designed to optimize employee planning, boost productivity, enhance service quality, and reduce operational costs. Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany, InVision operates primarily in Europe and the United States, with additional presence in locations including Leipzig, Chicago, London, Paris, and Utrecht, serving small businesses to multinational corporations across industries such as telecommunications, finance, and retail. In a major strategic rebranding announced in early 2025, the company unites its entire product and services portfolio under the new Peopleware brand, reflecting 30 years of innovation in workforce management while consolidating offerings for small, medium, and large enterprises; this follows its delisting from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in February 2024 after a takeover by Acme 42 GmbH, which included a squeeze-out process initiated in 2025 to acquire remaining shares.
