Innovator ETFs Trust – Innovator Premium Income 30 Barrier ETF – January is an exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide a high level of income and defined downside protection relative to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, its reference asset, over successive annual January-to-December Outcome Periods. Listed on the Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker JANJ, the Fund is a series of Innovator ETFs Trust and employs a defined-outcome options strategy designed to generate option-premium income while providing a 30% barrier against losses in the U.S. equity index, subject to stated terms, limitations and downside exposure below the barrier. The Fund primarily uses FLEX options linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust; buys and sells call and put options; distributes income quarterly; and rebalances its portfolio annually at the beginning of each January Outcome Period. It is designed for income-oriented investors seeking exposure to large-capitalization U.S. equities with a pre-defined loss barrier, rather than direct investment in the constituent securities of the S&P 500 Index. The Fund’s investment results are subject to management fees, option costs, market movements, counterparty and liquidity risks, and the defined barrier does not protect against losses beyond the applicable barrier level. JANJ commenced trading on January 2, 2024, carries a 0.79% expense ratio, and is advised by Innovator Capital Management, LLC. Innovator ETFs Trust is headquartered in Wheaton, Illinois, United States. In its latest annual reset, JANJ entered the January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 Outcome Period with a stated 30% barrier structure and a 5.82% defined distribution rate, before fees and expenses; the Fund continues its annual rebalancing and quarterly distribution program as part of Innovator’s broader Premium Income Barrier ETF product range.
