This acquisition integrates the company into Bosch Home Comfort Group, enhancing its premium home appliances portfolio while retaining Hitachi Cooling & Heating branding under license, and positions it competitively against players like Voltas, LG, Daikin, and Blue Star in India's growing cooling market.
