- AllianzIM U.S. Equity Buffer15 Uncapped Jun ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund launched and managed by Allianz Investment Management LLC, a subsidiary of Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America, that seeks to provide defined-outcome exposure to U.S. large-cap equities. The fund, which trades on Cboe BZX under the ticker JNEU and commenced operations on May 31, 2024, aims over each annual June outcome period to deliver returns linked to the share-price performance of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, subject to a spread in positive markets, while buffering the first 15% of losses of the underlying ETF before fund fees and expenses. It principally invests in FLEX Options referencing the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust and collateral instruments, and under normal conditions invests at least 80% of net assets in instruments with economic characteristics similar to U.S. equity securities. The fund is designed for U.S. investors seeking equity-market participation with uncapped upside potential, after the applicable spread, and predefined downside protection during a specified one-year outcome period; its net expense ratio is 0.74%. AllianzIM renamed its U.S. Large Cap ETF range, including JNEU, as the AllianzIM U.S. Equity ETF range effective December 22, 2025. In 2026, AllianzIM continued expanding its defined-outcome ETF platform with the launch of the AllianzIM International Equity Buffer15 Uncapped Jan ETF, extending its Buffer15 Uncapped strategy to international equity exposure.
