Business
JNK India Ltd engages in the design, engineering, manufacture, supply, installation, and commissioning of process-fired heaters, reformers, and cracking furnaces for industries including oil and gas refineries, petrochemicals, fertilizers, hydrogen, and methanol plants. The company offers core products categorized under heating equipment such as process-fired heaters for direct heating of fluids or gases using fuels like natural gas or propane, reformers that convert hydrocarbons into synthesis gas comprising hydrogen and carbon monoxide, and cracking furnaces that break down large hydrocarbon molecules into smaller ones for fuels, chemicals, and plastics; it also provides flares and incinerators for waste gas handling systems as safety devices in refineries and petrochemical facilities, along with diversification into renewable energy systems including onsite hydrogen production and distribution systems and solar PV EPC projects. Incorporated in 2010 and headquartered in Thane, Maharashtra, India, JNK India operates primarily in India, serving 17 domestic customers and seven overseas as of March 2023 including seven of India's 12 oil refining companies across 11 operating refineries, while maintaining a collaborative relationship with JNK Heaters, a KOSDAQ-listed company from which it leverages technical expertise. In recent developments, the company received a significant order from JNK Global Co., Korea in August 2025 for design and engineering services, followed by an ultra-mega order in October 2025 from the same promoter with delivery scheduled by February 2028; it listed on the stock exchanges via an IPO in 2024 raising funds for working capital and general corporate purposes, reported impressive 71.6% revenue growth in Q2 FY26 driven by heating equipment demand, and continues expanding capabilities in renewables initiated in fiscal 2022.
