- JTL Industries Limited manufactures and sells iron and steel products, specializing in electric resistance welded (ERW) pipes and tubes, including galvanized steel pipes and tubes, hollow sections, heavy structural steel, direct formed technology (DFT) structural steel pipes, solar module mounting structures, and large-diameter steel tubes and pipes; it also produces value-added products across more than 1,000 SKUs. The company, founded in 1991 and headquartered in Chandigarh, India, operates four state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Punjab, Maharashtra, and Chhattisgarh with a total installed capacity of approximately 585,000-600,000 metric tonnes per annum (MTPA), serving infrastructure, agriculture, water distribution, solar projects, energy, engineering, heavy vehicles, construction, power, oil and gas, and water transportation sectors domestically across India via over 800 distributors and dealers and internationally to more than 20 countries across five continents. Formerly known as JTL Infra Limited, it changed its name to JTL Industries Limited in November 2022 following a merger with Chetan Industries Limited and listing on the National Stock Exchange of India; recent developments include commissioning a new galvanized iron facility in Mangaon, Maharashtra in 2024 adding 5,000 metric tonnes per quarter, expansion at the Mandi plant to 50,000 MTPA in early 2023, phase-1 backward integration at Nabha Steels and Metals for hot-rolled coils in 2024, entry into lattice towers production with a new 1,500 tonnes per month plant in Derabassi, Punjab set for H2 FY26 operations, and completion of the acquisition of RCI Industries & Technologies Limited in November 2025 for ₹46.5 crore to enter the copper products segment and diversify into multi-material solutions.
