Kabsons Industries Limited engages in the bottling and sale of liquefied petroleum gas under the KABSONS brand; operates LPG filling plants, provides bottling assistance to parallel marketers, and deals in petrochemicals, hydrocarbon gases, petroleum products, chemicals, and related engineering equipment including valves, fittings, and process machinery. Incorporated in 1992 as Ellipse Industries Limited and renamed Kabsons Industries Limited in March 1993, the company is headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with operations across multiple states including Maharashtra (Aurangabad, Khargar), Gujarat (Palej), Odisha (Khurda), Jharkhand (Ranchi), and Andhra Pradesh (Vizianagaram), where it holds seven LPG filling plants, a godown, a factory shed, and an open plot, some leased to third parties. In August 2025, shareholders approved the appointment of a new independent director, promoted Riha Kabra to executive director with remuneration, and appointed secretarial auditors for FY 2025-26 to 2029-30 at the 33rd AGM; the company reported standalone net loss of Rs 0.03 crore in the September 2025 quarter while maintaining nearly debt-free status and focusing on LPG trading opportunities amid government subsidy policy changes.
