- Kurv ETF Trust – Kurv Equity Option Income ETF is an actively managed, non-diversified exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide current income, with maximizing total return as a secondary objective. The Fund, which trades on the Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker symbol KEO, operates as a fund of funds and primarily invests in exchange-traded funds advised by Kurv Investment Management LLC rather than directly holding individual companies’ securities. KEO provides diversified access to Kurv’s enhanced-income ETF platform, including single-stock enhanced-income strategies linked to Amazon, Apple, Google, Microsoft, Netflix, SpaceX and Tesla, and may also obtain exposure to portfolios of operating companies, precious and industrial metals, and fixed-income securities. Underlying holdings employ options-based strategies, including covered and uncovered call writing, put writing, call and put spreads, risk reversals, protective collars, protective puts and call purchases; use listed options and Flexible Exchange Options, as well as derivatives including forwards, futures, options on futures and swaps; and may hold investment-grade and high-yield fixed-income instruments, preferred securities, mortgage- and asset-backed securities, U.S. dollar-denominated securities of foreign issuers, foreign-currency instruments and cash-management investments. Metals-oriented underlying funds are principally used for hedging, while fixed-income-oriented underlying funds support liquidity and cash management. The Fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities, equity derivatives or affiliated Kurv ETFs that invest in such instruments. Kurv ETF Trust is headquartered in San Francisco, California, and KEO is advised by Kurv Investment Management LLC, with Foreside Fund Services LLC serving as distributor. KEO launched on August 5, 2026, representing Kurv Investment Management’s expansion of its single-stock enhanced-income ETF range into a single-ticker, actively managed portfolio designed to offer investors and financial advisers consolidated exposure to the firm’s equity option-income strategies and the potential for weekly distributions. The Fund’s management fee is 0.29%; total annual operating expenses are estimated at 1.28%, or 1.19% after a contractual fee waiver and expense reimbursement arrangement through August 31, 2027.
