Innovator U.S. Small Cap Power Buffer ETF – February is a non-diversified, actively managed exchange-traded fund of Innovator ETFs Trust that seeks to provide U.S. small-cap equity exposure through the price return of the iShares Russell 2000 ETF, up to a predetermined upside cap, while buffering the first 15% of reference-asset losses over an approximately one-year outcome period, before fees and expenses. The fund employs a FLEX Options portfolio referencing IWM, including purchased calls, purchased puts, sold puts and sold calls, together with collateral, to establish its defined-outcome profile; it resets and rebalances annually each February and may be held indefinitely. Listed on Cboe BZX under ticker KFEB, the fund commenced operations on January 31, 2025, with a February 3, 2025 listing date, and charges a 0.79% expense ratio. For the outcome period from February 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027, KFEB has a 17.63% starting upside cap and a 15% starting downside buffer; net assets were approximately $41.25 million as of June 30, 2026. The fund is designed for investors, financial advisers and institutions seeking exchange-traded, options-based exposure to U.S. small-cap companies, while accepting capped gains and losses beyond the buffer. Innovator Capital Management LLC, the fund sponsor and investment manager, is headquartered in Wheaton, Illinois, and was founded in 2018 by Bruce Bond and John Southard; the fund is sub-advised by Parametric and distributed by Foreside Fund Services LLC. Recent strategic developments at the sponsor include the February 2026 launch of Managed Buffer ETFs, an uncapped, actively managed hedged-equity product suite sub-advised by Parametric that includes the Innovator U.S. Small Cap Managed 10 Buffer ETF; these launches expand Innovator’s small-cap risk-managed ETF offerings alongside the Power Buffer series.
