- Kisan Mouldings Limited (KML), founded in 1989 and headquartered in Mumbai, India, manufactures and markets a comprehensive range of plastic pipes, fittings, and allied products under the Kisan and KML Classic brands; its core offerings include PVC pipes and fittings for agriculture, irrigation, water management, water distribution, sewage disposal, soil waste and rainwater systems, plumbing and sanitary applications, casing pipes, submersible rising main pipes, UPVC cable ducting, CPVC pipes, HDPE pipes, conduit pipes, UV-resistant multi-layer water tanks, solvent cement, ABS/PP moulded flushing cisterns, custom moulded articles, and moulded furniture such as visitor chairs. In March 2024, Apollo Pipes Limited acquired a majority controlling stake in KML through a preferential allotment of 6.40 crore equity shares for Rs 118.40 crore, establishing KML as its subsidiary and enabling geographical expansion and synergies in the plastic pipes sector; Apollo subsequently increased its ownership from 55.58% to 56.08% in February 2025 via a Rs 2.89 crore secondary purchase and further to 57.08% with an additional 1% stake for Rs 5.59 crore. These investments support KML's ongoing operations in PVC pipes, fittings, water tanks, and related products, with turnover reaching Rs 268.01 crore for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024.
