- Themes ETF Trust – Leverage Shares 2X Long KLAC Daily ETF (NASDAQ: KLAG) is a U.S.-domiciled, actively managed leveraged exchange-traded fund that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, equal to two times (200%) the daily percentage change in the market price of KLA Corporation common stock (NASDAQ: KLAC). The fund provides investors with concentrated long exposure to KLA, a supplier of process-control, yield-management and semiconductor manufacturing solutions, and is designed principally for short-term trading rather than buy-and-hold investment. KLAG invests in public-equity markets and obtains its exposure primarily through over-the-counter total-return swap agreements referencing KLA shares; it may also hold cash, U.S. government obligations, money-market instruments, options and other derivatives or collateral-related investments. The portfolio is concentrated in the information-technology sector, particularly semiconductor and semiconductor-equipment exposure, and targets investors seeking magnified daily directional exposure to KLA without establishing a margin account. The fund is sponsored by Themes ETF Trust and managed by Themes Management Company LLC, with the Trust’s principal office in Greenwich, Connecticut. KLAG was formed in December 2025 and is listed on Nasdaq. Its principal recent strategic development is its launch as part of Themes ETFs’ Leverage Shares daily leveraged and inverse ETF platform, expanding the sponsor’s single-stock leveraged product range with a 2x long KLA offering; the fund carries a 0.75% expense ratio and uses a daily-reset leverage objective, such that returns over periods longer than one day may differ materially from two times KLA’s cumulative performance.
