- Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II – Invesco MSCI North America Climate ETF is a non-diversified, passively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks to track, before fees and expenses, the investment results of the MSCI Global Select 500 – North American Subset Index. Trading on NYSE Arca under the ticker KLMN, the Fund provides investors with exposure to U.S. and Canadian mid- and large-capitalization equities selected from the MSCI ACWI Select Climate 500 Index based on environmental and climate-related criteria, including relative carbon- and greenhouse-gas-emissions reductions and companies’ emissions-reduction targets. The Fund generally invests at least 90% of assets in securities comprising its underlying index and is rebalanced semiannually in June and December. Its portfolio spans information technology; financials; industrials; communication services; consumer discretionary; health care; consumer staples; energy; materials; real estate; and utilities, with principal geographic exposure to the United States and Canada. Invesco Capital Management LLC serves as investment adviser, while MSCI Inc. is the index provider and Invesco Distributors, Inc. distributes Fund shares. The Fund commenced operations on December 11, 2024, and is organized as a series of Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II, which is headquartered in Downers Grove, Illinois. KLMN launched with a US$2.4 billion investment from Finnish pension insurer Varma under a strategic collaboration among Invesco, Varma and MSCI to provide an institutionally tailored North American climate-equity allocation. Effective June 1, 2026, the Fund changed its underlying index and methodology from the MSCI Global Climate 500 North America Selection Index to the MSCI Global Select 500 – North American Subset Index. Effective July 2026, Faiz Syed joined Peter Hubbard, Pratik Doshi and Michael Jeanette as a portfolio manager responsible for the Fund’s day-to-day management.
