- Invesco MSCI Global Climate 500 ETF (KLMT) is an exchange-traded fund that seeks to track the investment results, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI ACWI Select Climate 500 Index. The underlying index comprises approximately 500 stocks from the MSCI ACWI ex Select Countries Index that demonstrate superior environmental and climate performance relative to peers, including reductions in carbon and greenhouse gas emissions; it is rebalanced semi-annually in June and December. The fund invests at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the index, as well as American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) representing such securities, with top holdings including NVIDIA Corp, Apple Inc, and Microsoft Corp; sector allocations emphasize information technology (26.76%), financials (18.29%), and consumer discretionary (11.08%), while geographic exposure is led by the United States (66.44%), followed by Japan, the United Kingdom, and Canada. KLMT targets institutional and retail investors seeking ESG-focused global equity exposure in the sustainable investment segment. Launched on June 26, 2024, and listed on NYSE Arca, the ETF is managed by Invesco Ltd., a global asset manager headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
