Innovator U.S. Small Cap Power Buffer ETF – March is a series of Innovator ETFs Trust and an actively managed, exchange-traded defined-outcome fund designed to provide exposure to U.S. small-capitalization equities through the iShares Russell 2000 ETF, while seeking to buffer the first 15% of reference-asset losses over a one-year outcome period beginning annually in March and limiting upside participation through a predetermined cap. The fund principally invests in FLEX Options and collateral arrangements, including purchased and written options on the iShares Russell 2000 ETF, to create its buffered-return profile; it does not seek to replicate a conventional securities index or directly hold a diversified portfolio of small-cap operating companies. The fund targets investors seeking risk-managed U.S. small-cap equity exposure and is subject to small-cap equity, derivatives, FLEX Options, market, liquidity and counterparty risks; the targeted buffer, upside cap and outcome-period results are not guaranteed and can differ for investors purchasing or selling shares during an outcome period. Innovator U.S. Small Cap Power Buffer ETF – March commenced operations in March 2025 and is sponsored by Innovator Capital Management LLC, with Innovator ETFs Trust headquartered in Wheaton, Illinois. Innovator Capital Management, founded by Bruce Bond and John Southard, develops and manages Defined Outcome ETFs, including Buffer ETFs, Accelerated ETFs, Floor ETFs, Barrier ETFs, Stacker ETFs, Step-Up ETFs, Defined Outcome Bond ETFs and related risk-managed equity and fixed-income strategies. Recent strategic developments at the sponsor include the February 2026 launch of four Managed Buffer ETFs—sub-advised by Parametric—covering U.S. large-cap, Nasdaq-100, U.S. small-cap and international developed equity markets; these new actively managed funds use laddered put protection and systematic call writing to seek uncapped equity participation and targeted downside buffers, expanding Innovator’s risk-managed ETF platform beyond its annual capped Power Buffer ETF product range.
