Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Poznan, with branches in Warsaw and Katowice, a distribution center in Komorniki, and approximately 140 own, franchise, and partner stores nationwide, the company operates primarily in Poland through retail stores, agencies, authorized dealers, and the Komputronik.pl online store. Its core products and services encompass IT equipment including notebooks, smartphones, PCs, peripherals such as printers, monitors, and projectors, computer components, office accessories like inks and toners; consumer electronics; household appliances; garden products; children's products; health and beauty products; sports products; automotive products; music equipment; and hobby and entertainment items; additionally, through its Komputronik Biznes division, it provides comprehensive IT consulting, system integration, IT infrastructure services for the public sector, implementation services, outsourcing, and cloud solutions supported by nearly 300 specialists. In October 2025, Komputronik secured a strategic investment from Euvic 2030, a joint vehicle of Euvic S.A. and Rafał Sonik’s Gemini Holding, involving the acquisition of newly issued shares and existing shares for over PLN 6 million, along with collateral to increase trade credit limits by at least PLN 20 million, fostering synergies in IT distribution, e-commerce, sales, logistics, and technological competencies across consumer, small business, and enterprise segments. This partnership follows a letter of intent signed in May 2025 and builds on prior investments like Euvic's stake in Senetic, enhancing Komputronik's operational strength, market adaptation, and growth in omnichannel sales and advanced IT services while the company maintains its public listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2007 and employs over 1,000 people.
