- Corgi South Korea 2x Daily ETF is a non-diversified, exchange-traded fund that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to two times the daily performance of the iShares MSCI South Korea ETF (EWY), which provides exposure to large- and mid-capitalization South Korean companies. The Fund principally provides leveraged South Korean equity-market exposure through total-return swap agreements and other financial instruments rather than direct investments in constituent South Korean securities; invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in instruments designed to provide aggregate exposure of approximately 200% of the daily performance of South Korean equity securities; and may hold cash, cash equivalents, U.S. government money-market instruments and collateral assets. Its primary products and services consist of a U.S.-listed leveraged ETF investment vehicle offering 2x daily long exposure to EWY and, indirectly, the South Korean equity market for investors seeking short-term tactical exposure. Corgi Strategies, LLC serves as investment adviser; Paralel Distributors LLC serves as distributor; U.S. Bank N.A. serves as custodian; and U.S. Bancorp Fund Services serves as administrator. The Fund is domiciled in the United States, trades on Cboe BZX under the ticker KRWX, and carries a 0.45% expense ratio. KRWX was launched and commenced trading on June 3, 2026, representing a new leveraged single-country ETF offering from Corgi; as of September 2026, the Fund continues to employ a swap-based portfolio structure referencing EWY, with no direct stock holdings and reported assets under management of approximately $0.98 million.
