- KSG Agro S.A. is a Luxembourg-based vertically integrated agricultural holding company engaged in the production, processing, storage, and sale of agricultural products primarily in Ukraine, Slovakia, and Poland. The company operates through three main segments: Crop Farming, which cultivates sunflower, corn, wheat, barley, rapeseed, and provides land cultivation services; Pig Breeding, which breeds pigs using Danish purebreed sows and sells pigs and piglets in live and dead weight; and Other, which includes production of fuel pellets and thermal energy, wholesale trade of crops and other goods, provision of third-party services, and pork processing.
