Business
Kshitij Polyline Limited (NSE: KSHITIJPOL), founded in 2008 and headquartered in Silvassa, India, manufactures, supplies, distributes and exports stationery and office products including polypropylene sheets, office files and folders such as Classik 2D ring binder file _403 and Classik button file folder fluorescent colour _611, lamination products like laminating pouch films and A4 lamination pouches, binding sheets and spiral binding materials, neck lanyards with screen printing and dye sublimation multicolor options, plastic cardholders including ID card holders CH-2 and both-side sticky regular size CH-28, and personalized services such as LC printed cards; the company operates primarily in the office services and supplies industry, serving domestic markets and exporting to Uganda, Lebanon, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Bhutan, Nepal and Dubai. In 2024, Kshitij Polyline raised Rs 25 crores through a rights issue to reduce debt, procure new machinery for 30-40% production capacity expansion in FY25, fund a waste management project and pursue the acquisition of Omkar Speciality Chemicals for Rs 23.14 crores pending NCLT approval, amid market rumors of a potential significant stake acquisition by Tata Group.
