In the first half of 2024, the company expanded to 14 new projects in commercial offices, residential, public services and industrial parks including its first in Quzhou City, logistics parks in northern, eastern and southwestern China, and entered the health and wellness sector; it secured high-end residential projects in Shanghai and Beijing, office buildings in Guangzhou, public projects like hospitals and government offices, achieved a customer satisfaction rate of 97.2%, improved labour cost efficiency by 4.0% year-on-year through digital platforms like the X command center, Smart Construction Cloud, 碼上悠享 mini program and Cloud Vehicle Management, while third-party revenue rose to 85.2% of total; additionally, Mr. Wang Zhongqi was appointed Chief Executive Officer effective 29 August 2024 following Mr. Wang Jianhui's resignation.
