Lancor Holdings Limited, formerly known as DBS Properties Limited, is an India-based holding company engaged in real estate development, leasing of commercial properties, and allied activities including property maintenance and brokerage services; it develops and sells residential projects such as Lancor Infinys in Keelkattalai, Lancor Rathi Rupa in T Nagar, Lancor Lumina in Guduvanchery, Lancor Homeleigh on Sterling Road, Lancor TCP Altura in Sholinganallur on Old Mahabalipuram Road, TCP Lakefront, Kiruba Cirrus in Valasaravakkam, Cornerstone in Nanganallur, The Courtyard in Nanganallur, and Town & Country in Sriperumbudur; and commercial projects such as Westminster in Mylapore, Ramco Systems in Guindy, and Menon Eternity in Alwarpet, with completed developments including The Atrium in Thiruvanmiyur, The Central Park in Sholinganallur, and LEED Platinum-rated green buildings. Incorporated in 1985 and headquartered at Arihant VTN Square, 58 G N Chetty Road, T Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, the company operates primarily in Chennai and surrounding suburbs with over 37 years of experience, delivering more than 5,000 apartments; subsidiaries include Lancor Maintenance & Services Limited and Lancor City Developer Limited. In recent developments, Lancor completed the TCP Altura project with 335 apartments in fiscal 2024, handed over the marquee Infinys project in fiscal 2025, and delivered city projects including Rathirupa, Hiranmayi, Homeleigh, and Sahana; it launched Harmonia Pavilion Senior Living Apartments as part of the 90-acre Lancor Town and Country gated community in Sriperumbudur, established senior citizen enclaves under the Harmonia brand across three projects in fiscal 2023, intensified city redevelopment efforts such as Alwarpet and Warren Road through joint developments to reduce capital risk, and plans a debt revamp with Rs 50 crore project-specific financing for Alwarpet serviced by cash flows alongside upcoming launches amid strong demand.
