Business
Landmark Cars Limited is an India-based premium and luxury automobile retailer engaged in dealership and sales of new and pre-owned vehicles. The company operates a broad portfolio of authorized dealerships including Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Jeep, Volkswagen, BYD, Renault, Mahindra & Mahindra, MG Motors, and Ashok Leyland commercial vehicles. Its comprehensive product and service offerings encompass sales of new vehicles; after-sales services including repairs, spare parts, lubricants, and accessories; pre-owned vehicle sales; and facilitation of third-party financial and insurance products. The company serves the automotive retail sector across approximately 129 outlets in 30 cities spanning 10 Indian states and union territories, utilizing an omnichannel approach combining physical showrooms with online platforms for customer engagement. Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Mumbai, Landmark Cars Limited has recently expanded its operations through the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Landmark Luxury Retail Private Limited, established in August 2025 to strengthen its luxury automotive retail footprint. The company announced the acquisition of Landmark Cars (East) Pvt Ltd in October 2025, further consolidating its regional presence. Landmark Cars also strategically exited the Punjab market in late 2025 as part of operational realignment to optimize its geographic focus. The company continues to grow its premium brand portfolio and network, exemplified by expanding its showroom presence into cities such as Kolkata with new brand showrooms, including Kia. Landmark Cars Limited maintains a diversified revenue model extending beyond vehicle sales to aftermarket and financial services, reinforcing its position in India’s luxury automotive retail segment. Landmark Cars operates under the Group Landmark network, leveraging over two decades of expertise in representing global automobile brands and growing its footprint in India’s automotive retail market. It currently employs over 750 personnel and generates annual revenues exceeding INR 42 billion. Its strategic initiatives and recent corporate actions underscore its commitment to expanding luxury vehicle sales while optimizing operational efficiency across its multi-brand dealership portfolio and geographic markets.
