- Corgi Buy Now Pay Later ETF (Cboe: LATR) is an actively managed thematic exchange-traded fund that seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing principally in publicly traded companies participating in the global buy-now-pay-later, point-of-sale financing and embedded-finance ecosystem. The Fund provides equity exposure across installment-lending platforms; card-issuing and payment-network businesses; consumer-credit and underwriting providers; credit-risk analytics and decisioning platforms; identity-verification services; merchant-integration and checkout-software providers; payment processors; lending-infrastructure companies; and related financial-technology businesses serving e-commerce, physical retail, healthcare, travel and business-to-business procurement markets. The portfolio spans companies across market capitalizations and is designed to capture both consumer-facing BNPL providers and the underlying payments, merchant-acquiring, software and credit-infrastructure value chain. LATR is advised by Corgi Strategies, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and SEC-registered investment adviser founded in July 2025. Corgi Strategies provides discretionary investment-management services to exchange-traded funds and is headquartered at 425 Bush Street, Suite 500, San Francisco, California. The Fund is part of the Corgi ETF platform, which offers thematic, leveraged, structured-buffer and fixed-income ETF strategies. LATR is denominated in U.S. dollars, carries a 0.35% annual expense ratio, distributes income annually and is serviced by Paralel Distributors LLC as distributor, U.S. Bank N.A. as custodian, and U.S. Bancorp Fund Services as administrator and transfer agent. The Fund commenced operations on May 5, 2026, and was listed on Cboe on May 6, 2026, representing Corgi’s expansion into actively managed consumer-fintech and installment-payment investment strategies. As of September 8, 2026, the Fund held 23 securities across financials, technology and other sectors, with major positions including Visa Inc.; Mastercard Inc.; Sea Ltd.; Affirm Holdings Inc.; Shopify Inc.; Nu Holdings Ltd.; Block Inc.; Bread Financial Holdings Inc.; Synchrony Financial; and Sezzle Inc. The launch of LATR constitutes the Fund’s principal recent strategic development, extending Corgi’s ETF suite with targeted exposure to companies enabling BNPL adoption, digital checkout financing and related credit infrastructure globally.
