The firm recently secured an additional £20 million funding facility to bolster its property-backed lending book and enhanced an existing senior secured facility to £200 million, alongside appointing a new Director of Funding. This follows a strategic decision to divest its Gibraltar operations to concentrate on profitable lending opportunities within its main geographical areas. Historically known as GLI Finance Limited, the company adopted its current name in May 2021, reflecting its deepened commitment to the property finance sector. Established in 2005, Sancus Lending Group Limited is based in Saint Peter Port, Guernsey.
