- Corgi LITE 2x Daily ETF is a U.S.-domiciled, non-diversified single-stock leveraged exchange-traded fund that seeks, before fees and expenses, investment results corresponding to two times the daily performance of the publicly traded common stock of Lumentum Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: LITE). The Fund provides leveraged daily exposure to Lumentum, a supplier of optical and photonic products for communications networking, cloud and data-center, and industrial applications, and is designed primarily for sophisticated investors pursuing actively monitored, short-term trading strategies rather than long-term investment exposure. The Fund pursues its objective through total return swaps and other financial instruments referencing Lumentum common stock, rather than primarily holding Lumentum shares directly; it resets and rebalances its exposure daily, meaning returns over periods longer than one trading day may differ materially from two times the cumulative return of Lumentum due to compounding and volatility. Corgi LITE 2x Daily ETF trades on Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker LITC and is available through brokerage platforms. The Fund is managed by Corgi Strategies, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and SEC-registered investment adviser founded in July 2025 and headquartered in San Francisco, California; Paralel Distributors LLC serves as distributor, U.S. Bank N.A. serves as custodian, and U.S. Bancorp Fund Services serves as administrator and transfer agent. Corgi LITE 2x Daily ETF was launched and listed on July 10, 2026, representing Corgi Strategies’ expansion into single-stock 2x daily leveraged ETFs. As of September 8, 2026, the Fund reported a 0.45% expense ratio, approximately $478,000 in assets under management, annual distribution frequency, and swap-based exposure to Lumentum Holdings Inc.
