Business
Lord Resources Limited (ASX:LRD) is an Australia-based mineral exploration company focused on advancing a portfolio of projects targeting copper, lithium, gold, nickel, platinum group elements and other precious metals in Western Australia. The company holds interests in six key projects, including the Ilgarari Copper project located over 110 kilometers south of Newman with recent high-grade diamond drilling results up to 4.59% copper and extensions of mineralised lodes; the Horse Rocks Lithium project near the Mt Marion-style lithium province; the Jingjing Lithium greenfields project; the Gabyon and Jarama gold projects; and the Cambridge Nickel-PGE project featuring multi-element anomalies. Founded in 2003 and headquartered at Level 2, Suite 9, 389 Oxford Street, Mount Hawthorn, Western Australia, Lord Resources operates exclusively in the state's prospective greenstone belts and exploration corridors. Recent developments include a binding farm-in agreement with Mineral Resources Limited on the Horse Rocks lithium project; completion of a A$1.39 million entitlement offer and shortfall placement in mid-2025 to fund exploration; significant copper assay results and drilling extensions at Ilgarari in 2025 with assays pending into late 2025; and board changes alongside strengthened financial positioning.
