Business
Lite Access Technologies Inc (TSX-V: LTE) is a Canadian provider of fibre-optic network solutions, specializing in micro-duct, air-blown fibre, and advanced installation methodologies for broadband connectivity. Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Langley, British Columbia, the company offers integrated end-to-end services including network design, engineering, permitting, microduct installation, aerial construction, fibre blowing and splicing, emergency restoration, and cost studies; its core products encompass direct bury micro-duct, aerial micro-duct, fiber optic mini-cables, low fire hazard micro-ducts, connectors, sundries, cutting heads, Shark Blades, LiteXtend solutions, and breeze cable blowing machines. Lite Access serves telecommunications operators, municipalities, indigenous communities, governments, businesses, educational institutions, and emergency facilities with FTTx deployments using innovative micro-trench and narrow-trench techniques that minimize disruption and cost. The company operates across North and South America, South Africa, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Caribbean, Australia, and Asia, having deployed thousands of kilometres of micro-duct networks globally. In December 2024, Lite Access entered a definitive share exchange agreement to acquire Ironman Directional Drilling Ltd. and related entities for 85.4 million common shares and $6 million in cash payable over five years, a related party transaction pending shareholder and TSX Venture Exchange approval that will expand capabilities in horizontal directional drilling for telecom, utilities, and infrastructure projects across varied terrains; the deal includes management changes with Mike Irmen appointed CEO upon closing and a name change to Ironman International Ltd. in September 2025.
