Business
Maan Aluminium Limited engages in the manufacturing and trading of aluminum extruded products in India. The company produces a wide range of aluminum profiles and alloy extrusions including custom extrusions, architectural structures such as doors, windows, curtain walls, and structural glazing; industrial products like sign and display units, electrical components, transport and automotive parts, louvers, luggage carriers, and other fabricated aluminum products. It also manufactures geometric shapes, air conditioning grills and equipment, architectural hardware, and solar panels. The company supplies aluminum billets, ingots, rods, and non-ferrous scrap materials and provides in-house anodizing and fabrication services to create value-added products. Maan Aluminium serves diverse industries including construction, automotive, solar energy, defense, railway, electrical, electronics, medical, and heavy engineering markets across India and exports internationally. Founded in 1989 and headquartered in New Delhi, the company operates manufacturing facilities including a key plant in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, with recent capacity expansions. In terms of recent major developments, Maan Aluminium has doubled its production capacity from 12,000 tons to 24,000 tons to meet growing demand and has made significant investments to expand its manufacturing business and value-added services, particularly in anodizing and machining. The company acquired new manufacturing facilities and leasehold land in Devas Industrial Area, Madhya Pradesh, signalling a strategic expansion focused on high-growth sectors such as electric vehicles, solar energy, aerospace, and defense. Despite facing short-term challenges including a decline in export revenue and impacts from anti-dumping duties resulting in some operational slowdown and profit pressure, the management is targeting sustainable EBITDA margins of 15% to 18% in the near future. Additionally, Maan Aluminium replaced its Chief Financial Officer recently to support its strategic growth initiatives. The company maintains strategic relationships as an exclusive distributor of Hindalco products in various regions of India and sources raw materials from major domestic suppliers such as Hindalco, Vedanta Aluminium, and National Aluminium Company. Maan Aluminium Limited stands as a key player in aluminum extrusion with a strong foothold in producing high-quality aluminum alloy extrusions, architectural and industrial aluminum products, emphasizing innovation, capacity expansion, and diversification to maintain competitive positioning in both domestic and export markets. The company continues to leverage technological upgrades, facility expansions, and sectoral diversification to capitalize on opportunities linked to India's growing infrastructure, automotive electrification, and renewable energy industries.
