Marathon Nextgen Realty Limited is a publicly listed real estate development company primarily engaged in residential, commercial, mixed-use, and affordable housing projects. The company develops and sells luxury residential complexes under brands such as Marathon Nextgen Royale, Marathon Empress, Nexzone, and NeoHomes; commercial office spaces including Marathon Futurex, Monte Plaza, and Millennium; retail spaces; and integrated townships across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Additionally, it undertakes large-scale Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) projects and affordable housing projects, notably in Bhandup, and premium commercial projects in Mulund. Founded as part of the Marathon Group, a 53-year-old firm with over 80 completed projects, Marathon Nextgen Realty is headquartered in Mumbai, India. In the last two years, Marathon Nextgen Realty has executed multiple major strategic initiatives. It raised Rs. 900 crore through a Qualified Institutions Placement in mid-2025 to expand its development pipeline and invest in high-potential opportunities in Mumbai. The company has completed acquisitions of its group affiliates Marathon Energy Private Limited and Marathon Nexzone Land Private Limited to consolidate operations.
