- Pacer Funds Trust – Pacer Swan SOS Moderate (August) ETF is an actively managed, non-diversified exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide structured-outcome exposure to the share-price return of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, subject to a predetermined upside cap and a buffer against an initial portion of downside losses over successive approximately one-year investment periods. The Fund invests substantially all of its assets in customized FLexible EXchange Options, including purchased and written call and put options referencing the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, to deliver capped upside participation and a targeted downside buffer; it is designed principally for investors seeking U.S. large-cap equity-market exposure with defined outcome parameters. The Fund’s investment products and services consist of exchange-traded shares, FLEX Options-based structured outcome strategies, annually reset outcome periods, predetermined upside caps, and downside buffers designed to mitigate the first specified percentage of losses of the underlying ETF for shareholders holding shares throughout an investment period. MAUG was established on April 30, 2026, is domiciled in the United States, trades on Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker MAUG, and is offered through Pacer Funds Trust. Pacer Advisors Inc. serves as investment adviser, Swan Global Management LLC serves as investment sub-adviser, and Pacer Financial Inc., an affiliate of Pacer Advisors, serves as distributor. The Fund charges a 0.49% annual management fee and targets retail and institutional investors, financial advisers, and brokerage clients seeking exchange-traded, options-based risk-managed exposure to the U.S. equity market.
