Recent developments include New York Life Insurance's Rs 388 crore investment in September 2024 for a 49% stake in Max Towers and Max House, following prior commitments totaling over Rs 1,180 crore across commercial ventures; the acquisition of a 7.25-acre Gurugram land parcel in September 2025 via Base Buildwell Private Limited for Rs 534 crore to bolster its luxury residential pipeline and expand gross development value from Rs 14,000 crore to over Rs 17,000 crore; Q1 FY25 lease rental income growth of 103% year-over-year to Rs 25 crore with total leased area reaching approximately 1 million square feet; and a strategic partnership evolution with New York Life as its exclusive real estate collaborator in India.
