MBB SE, a family-owned holding company headquartered in Berlin, Germany, and founded in 1995, acquires and manages medium-sized industrial companies with technology and engineering expertise across Technological Applications, Service & Infrastructure, and Consumer Goods segments. Its subsidiaries include Aumann AG, which provides e-mobility, coil winding, and automation solutions; Friedrich Vorwerk Group (60% stake), which specializes in pipeline and plant construction for gas and electricity grids; DTS IT AG, which offers cybersecurity software and cloud solutions; Delignit AG, which develops system solutions based on renewable resources; Hanke Tissue Spolka z o.o., which produces tissue and hygiene products; and CT Formpolster GmbH, which manufactures mattresses and e-commerce logistics systems; with prior ownership of OBO Werke GmbH & Co. KG until its 2022 sale. MBB SE operates primarily in Germany and Europe, serving industrial, energy, consumer, and digital markets. In recent developments, MBB SE achieves record 2024 revenue of 1,068 million euros with a 14% EBITDA margin, reports 37% EBITDA growth in H1 2025 with raised full-year forecasts to 1.1-1.2 billion euros revenue and 15-17% EBITDA margin in Q3 2025, gains promotion to the SDAX index in May 2025, launches multiple share buyback programs including up to 15 million euros in October 2024, and proposes its 15th consecutive base dividend increase.
