Man ETF Series Trust – Man Active Emerging Markets Alternative ETF is an actively managed, non-diversified exchange-traded fund launched on December 17, 2025 and domiciled in the United States. Trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker MEMA, the Fund seeks capital growth over the medium to long term through investments in emerging-market equity and equity-related securities. Man Solutions LLC serves as investment adviser and affiliated Numeric Investors LLC serves as sub-adviser; Dan Taylor and Ben Zhao are responsible for day-to-day portfolio management. The Fund is part of the U.S. wealth-management ETF platform of Man Group, a global alternative investment manager headquartered in London, United Kingdom. The Fund normally invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of emerging-market issuers, generally defined by reference to countries represented in the MSCI Emerging Markets Index. Its investment universe includes exchange-traded and over-the-counter common and preferred shares; warrants; options; rights; convertible securities; sponsored and unsponsored depositary receipts; trust certificates; partnership interests; shares of investment companies and other ETFs; and real estate investment trusts. It may also hold fixed-income securities for cash-management purposes and use futures, forwards, currency forwards, swaps, currency swaps, options and other derivatives to obtain market exposure, manage risk, enhance returns and establish physical or synthetic long and short positions. The Fund invests across sectors, industries and market capitalizations, including growth and value companies, and is not designed to track the MSCI Emerging Markets Index. MEMA employs proprietary quantitative models, advanced machine-learning techniques and portfolio-manager discretion to identify emerging-market issuers with potential for long-term value creation. Its selection framework evaluates growth potential; earnings quality; business risk; tangible and intangible valuation; investor insight; industry dynamics; and alternative data-driven insights. The strategy typically uses a 130/30 active-extension profile, maintaining approximately 130% long exposure and 30% short exposure for net equity exposure of approximately 100%, while applying systematic risk optimization, implementation-cost management and tax-aware trading. The Fund seeks to outperform its reference emerging-markets universe over a full three- to five-year market cycle. The principal recent development was the Fund’s December 2025 launch alongside the Man Active Trend Enhanced ETF, ticker MATE, expanding Man Group’s U.S. ETF range to four actively managed funds. The launch represents a strategic expansion of Man Group’s U.S. wealth offering and makes the firm’s institutional, quantitative alternative-investing capabilities available to financial advisers and individual investors through a transparent, exchange-traded vehicle. MEMA carries a 0.85% annual management fee and is distributed by Foreside Financial Services LLC; individual shares trade through broker-dealers on Nasdaq, while creation and redemption activity is conducted in 100,000-share Creation Units by authorized institutional participants.
