Business
ETI S.p.A. is an Italy-based engineering and industrial services contractor that specializes in the construction, installation, maintenance, and rehabilitation of critical infrastructure for fluid transportation and storage. The company operates primarily across the energy and utility sectors, providing specialized turnkey solutions for oil and gas pipelines, hydrogen-ready transit networks, water distribution grids, and industrial process plants. ETI S.p.A. delivers its solutions across multiple operational segments: Pipeline Infrastructure, including the engineering, trenching, stringing, laying, and rehabilitation of high-pressure natural gas, crude oil, refined hydrocarbon, and water pipelines; Industrial Plant and Facility Services, comprising the erection, mechanical assembly, and revamping of compression stations, pumping stations, gas-fired power plants, and refinery piping networks; Specialized Technical and Welding Services, covering high-precision manual and orbital pipeline welding, pre-heating, post-weld heat treatment, non-destructive examination, and hydrostatic pressure and leak testing; Surface Treatment and Corrosion Protection, encompassing active cathodic protection systems, electrical grounding, passive field-joint coating application, sandblasting, and anti-corrosive industrial painting; and Equipment and Technical Support, consisting of the commercial sale and rental of proprietary induction heating units and preheating coils, alongside the provision of specialized technical personnel and project management consulting for international Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors. Originally founded in 2000 as Eurotecnoimpianti S.r.l. and headquartered in San Donaci (Brindisi), Italy, the company serves major utility operators, infrastructure developers, and global energy conglomerates across domestic and international markets. In recent corporate developments, the company reorganized its legal and governance structure, converting into a joint-stock corporation under the name ETI S.p.A., and completed its initial public offering (IPO) with admission to trading on the Euronext Growth Milan market of Borsa Italiana in July 2026 under the ticker symbol ETI. Capitalizing on its public listing, the company has expanded its strategic focus toward green transition infrastructure, broadening its technical capabilities to support hydrogen-compatible pipeline networks, advanced water distribution infrastructure, and integrated EPC utility projects throughout Europe.
