- Pacer Funds Trust – Pacer Swan SOS Moderate (June) ETF is an actively managed, non-diversified exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide investment returns linked to the performance of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, subject to a predetermined upside cap and a 15% downside buffer over each defined one-year investment period. The Fund invests substantially all of its assets in Flexible Exchange (FLEX) Options referencing the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, along with collateral and cash-equivalent instruments, to implement its structured-outcome strategy. Its investment offering is designed for financial advisers and other investors seeking U.S. large-cap equity-market exposure with limited protection against the initial portion of losses, while accepting a cap on potential gains; losses in excess of the 15% buffer remain the responsibility of shareholders. The Fund’s June-designated outcome period establishes its cap at the start of the relevant annual investment period, and the buffer and cap may not apply in full to investors purchasing or selling shares during the period. Pacer Funds Trust sponsors the Fund; Pacer Advisors, Inc. serves as investment adviser; Swan Global Management, LLC serves as investment sub-adviser; and Pacer Financial, Inc., an affiliate of Pacer Advisors, Inc., distributes Fund shares. The Fund is part of the Pacer Swan SOS ETF Series, a structured-outcome ETF family offered by Pacer ETFs, a Malvern, Pennsylvania-based ETF provider founded in 2015. Pacer ETFs offers strategies across the Trendpilot, Cash Cows, Custom, Leaders, Thematic and Swan SOS fund families. The Pacer Swan SOS Moderate (June) ETF commenced operations on June 11, 2026, and began trading on the Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker symbol MJUN on June 12, 2026. In June 2026, Pacer expanded its Swan SOS Moderate product line by launching MJUN and seven additional month-specific Moderate ETFs, providing a broader range of annual outcome-period selections; concurrently, it reduced management fees for the Swan SOS ETF Series to 0.49% from 0.60%, including MJUN.
