Business
M1 Kliniken AG M1 Kliniken AG operates as a leading provider of aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery services through its Beauty segment, offering minimally invasive and surgical treatments including breast augmentation, eyelid lifts, liposuction, abdominoplasty, nose corrections, wrinkle treatments, lip enhancements, and injections with hyaluronic acid and botulinum toxin; it also manages specialist centers under the M1 Med Beauty and Schlossklinik brands, as well as the M1 Schlossklinik in Berlin featuring six operating theaters and 35 beds. Through its Trade segment, conducted via subsidiary HAEMATO AG, the company sells pharmaceuticals and medical products for oncology, HIV/AIDS, neurology, rheumatology, chronic diseases, and aesthetic medicine, alongside brands such as M1 Select and M1 Aesthetics marketed to private customers, doctors, pharmacies, and wholesalers. Founded in 2007 and headquartered at Gruenauer Strasse 5 in Berlin, Germany, M1 Kliniken employs over 350 staff and more than 100 specialized doctors, performing over 400,000 procedures annually across more than 35 centers primarily in Germany, with international operations in Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Croatia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, and Australia. In recent developments, HAEMATO AG, an 85%-owned subsidiary, signed an agreement in October 2025 to sell its wholly-owned HAEMATO Pharm GmbH trading unit to the PHOENIX group pending antitrust approvals, enabling M1 Kliniken to sharpen its focus as a pure-play medical aesthetics provider; the company reported Q3 2025 revenue growth of 6.7% to EUR 274.3 million year-to-date and Q1 2025 sales up 9.6% with EBIT surging 70%, alongside management changes including the departure of Kilian Brenske in June 2024 and confirmation of long-term growth targets.
