Menivim - The New REIT Ltd is an Israel-based real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns and leases income-generating properties primarily in the sectors of industry, logistics, offices, high-tech and commerce. The company holds a diversified portfolio of approximately 315,000 square meters of above-ground leasable space and 76,000 square meters of parking areas across Israel, with total asset value exceeding 3.43 billion ILS; properties feature long-term, index-linked leases to financially stable tenants, adhering to REIT regulations including at least 90% distribution of taxable income as dividends, leverage capped at 60% and no controlling shareholders.
