In recent developments, Altria entered a non-binding memorandum of understanding with KT&G Corporation in 2025 to pursue long-term growth in international innovative smoke-free products, non-nicotine offerings, and operational efficiencies, including Altria's acquisition of a stake in Another Snus Factory Stockholm, producer of the LOOP nicotine pouch brand, to expand in Nordic and U.S. markets.
