Motisons Jewellers Ltd engages in the design, manufacture, retail and export of a broad range of jewellery products from its base in Jaipur, India. Incorporated in 2011 following origins as a partnership firm established in 1997, the company operates four company-owned showrooms in Jaipur, including its flagship at Tonk Road, a silver-focused outlet at Johri Bazar, and additional locations at Vaishali Nagar; it maintains a production unit in Bapu Nagar, Jaipur, and serves domestic customers while pursuing global export opportunities to retailers, TV channels and jewellery houses. Core offerings encompass gold, diamond, polki, kundan, temple, Italian and pearl jewellery in traditional, modern and fusion designs across over 300,000 SKUs for all genders, ages and occasions such as weddings, festivals and daily wear; specific items include rings, earrings, pendants, necklaces, bracelets, chains, mangalsutras, waistbands and bangles, many handcrafted in-house with certifications from IGI, GIA and IDT; the portfolio extends to silver, platinum and earth metal jewellery set with precious and semi-precious stones, alongside gold and silver coins, utensils and artifacts. Recent developments include a preferential share issue raising INR 170 crore in October 2024 to support long-term business expansion and working capital needs with no material deviations in utilization as of September 2025; anticipation of INR 425 million in additional funding from North Star Opportunities Fund VCC - Bull Value; and ongoing introduction of new inventory lines and SKUs to sustain revenue growth amid robust quarterly sales performances in late 2024 and early 2025.
