- Strategy Shares Monopoly ETF is an actively managed, non-diversified exchange-traded fund that seeks long-term capital appreciation through investments primarily in the common stocks of U.S. and non-U.S. companies exhibiting monopolistic or oligopolistic competitive characteristics. The Fund identifies target issuers using quantitative and fundamental assessments of “Monopolistic Attributes,” including brand dominance; regulatory exclusivity; industry concentration; historical antitrust reviews; economic rents; high barriers to entry; pricing power; vertical integration and supply-chain control; network effects; and protected intellectual property or patents. Its portfolio principally comprises exchange-listed companies, including American depositary receipts, with market capitalizations of at least $2 billion, and is designed to provide exposure to businesses with limited competition, durable market positions, and attractive financial metrics. The Fund’s holdings span information technology, communication services, consumer discretionary, health care, financials, industrials, consumer staples, materials and real estate, with principal investment themes including e-commerce and cloud services, semiconductors, software, medical products and services, manufacturing, payments and financial services, retail, and media. As of September 9, 2026, key equity holdings include NVIDIA Corp., Alphabet Inc., Apple Inc., Microsoft Corp., Amazon.com Inc., Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd., Space Exploration Technologies Corp., Broadcom Inc., Meta Platforms Inc. and Tesla Inc. The Fund is advised by Rational Advisors, Inc., sub-advised by Rareview Capital LLC, and managed by Neil Azous, founder and chief investment officer of Rareview Capital; Foreside Fund Services, LLC serves as distributor. Strategy Shares Monopoly ETF commenced operations on May 15, 2025, trades on the Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker MPLY, and carries a gross annual expense ratio of 0.79%. The Fund represents a recent strategic product expansion by Strategy Shares into actively managed thematic equity investing focused on companies with structurally advantaged market positions and operates from the United States.
