Business
Corgi MRVL 2x Daily ETF is an actively managed, non-diversified U.S. exchange-traded fund that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to two times the daily performance of the publicly traded common stock of Marvell Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: MRVL). The Fund provides leveraged, single-stock exposure to Marvell, a semiconductor company serving data-center, networking, storage and carrier-infrastructure markets, and is designed principally for sophisticated investors pursuing short-term, actively monitored trading strategies rather than long-term holdings. The Fund is advised by Corgi Strategies, LLC, distributed by Paralel Distributors LLC, custodied by U.S. Bank N.A., and administered and transfer-agent serviced by U.S. Bancorp Fund Services. Corgi MRVL 2x Daily ETF commenced operations on July 14, 2026, trades on Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker MRVX, and carries a 0.45% expense ratio. Its principal product is daily-reset 2x leveraged exposure to Marvell common stock; it obtains this exposure primarily through total-return swap agreements and other financial instruments rather than through direct ownership of Marvell shares, while maintaining cash, money-market instruments and other assets for collateral, liquidity and operational purposes. The Fund’s investment objective applies only to a single trading day; daily rebalancing and compounding can cause performance over periods longer than one day to differ materially from twice Marvell’s cumulative return. As a recent strategic and operational development, MRVX was launched in July 2026 as part of Corgi’s expanding suite of 2x leveraged ETFs, which offer daily leveraged exposure to individual stocks, sectors and indexes through swap-based structures. As of September 8, 2026, the Fund reported approximately $1.86 million in assets under management and used a Marvell total-return swap with exposure of approximately 198.66% of net assets, offset by cash and collateral positions.
