Invesco International Growth Focus ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund sponsored by Invesco, Ltd., a global investment-management firm founded in 1935 and headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The Fund, which commenced operations on June 11, 2025 and trades under the ticker MTRA, seeks capital appreciation through investments primarily in equity securities of growth-oriented companies domiciled outside the United States or deriving their primary operations outside the United States. It offers investors exchange-traded exposure to international and emerging-market equities across market capitalizations, including common stocks, depositary receipts, preferred securities and other equity-related instruments; applies bottom-up fundamental security selection; and focuses on companies positioned to benefit from structural themes identified as Mass Affluence, New Technology, Restructuring and Aging, collectively referred to as MANTRA. The portfolio spans developed and emerging international markets and is allocated across industrials, information technology, health care, consumer discretionary, financials, communication services, energy, consumer staples, materials and utilities. The Fund is non-diversified and may hold securities of issuers in Europe, Asia-Pacific, Canada and other foreign markets, with exposure to foreign-currency, emerging-market, growth-stock, small- and mid-capitalization, and sector-concentration risks. Invesco launched MTRA in June 2025 as a new actively managed international-growth ETF, expanding its U.S. ETF lineup and providing a dedicated vehicle for its MANTRA-driven global equity investment approach.
