Credo Brands Marketing Ltd (MUFTI.NS) markets and retails mid-premium to premium men's casual wear and accessories under the flagship MUFTI brand in India; its core product portfolio encompasses athleisure, shirts, t-shirts, jeans, chinos, trousers, polos, sweatshirts, sweaters, outerwear, blazers, jackets and eau de parfums inspired by Mumbai landmarks, categorized into Authentic Casual, Urban Casual, Relaxed Casual and Athleisure lines to address diverse occasions from daily wear to party and holiday styles. Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, the company pursues an asset-light model with outsourced manufacturing via over 45 suppliers and partners, distributing through an omnichannel network spanning 425 exclusive brand outlets, 1,342 multi-brand outlets, 77 large format stores, department stores and e-commerce platforms across 599 cities pan-India. Recent developments include listing on the NSE and BSE in December 2023 following an IPO comprising an offer for sale of up to 19.6 million equity shares; opening the 400th store in 2023 and reaching the 425th exclusive brand outlet by March 2024; forging strategic digital alliances with platforms like Meta and Google in 2024 to boost visibility and omnichannel growth; proposing a final dividend of INR 0.50 per share for FY 2024 alongside sustained profitability with FY 2024 revenue of INR 5,673 million, EBITDA of INR 1,605 million and net profit of INR 592 million.
