Bhd. entered into a conditional agreement to acquire an 8.094-hectare industrial-zoned land parcel in Muallim, Perak, for RM23 million, alongside planned capital investments of approximately RM40 million to develop a purpose-built production and assembly plant, accompanied by private share subscription exercises to finance the expansion and enhance operational capabilities.
