In addition to equipment fabrication, the company provides specialized engineering and mechanical services, including metal dishing; plate rolling; hot flanging; post-weld heat treatment (PWHT); structural piping fabrication; and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracting and civil sub-contracting works. These products and services cater primarily to multinational and domestic corporations within the oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical processing, commercial transportation, utilities, and infrastructure construction industries across Malaysia and the wider Asia-Pacific region. In recent years, CN Asia Corporation Bhd. has executed strategic initiatives to diversify its operational base and establish new revenue streams. The group expanded into commercial financial services through the acquisition and scaling of Southborn Capital Sdn Bhd, which provides licensed moneylending and digital financing solutions. In addition, the company established an energy management and sustainability division focusing on industrial energy optimization, nanotechnology lighting solutions, and smart urban farming technologies. CN Asia has also advanced its industrial engineering reach by entering into a strategic framework agreement with international engineering specialist Jianghe Electromechanical Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. (JHEEE) to collaborate on large-scale electromechanical equipment and engineering ventures. Tracing its operational roots to the establishment of Chip Ngai Engineering Works in 1970, CN Asia Corporation Bhd. was incorporated in 1996 and is headquartered in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Malaysia.
