Bhd., the company manages an extensive agarwood plantation in Gopeng, Perak, engaging in the planting, inoculation, harvesting, and processing of Aquilaria trees, as well as the commercialization of downstream agarwood consumer products, including gaharu herbal tea, essential oils, incense, and wellness items. Through its Property Development division, the company engages in real estate investment, site planning, and property development projects, centered around its land assets in Dengkil, Sepang, Selangor. In recent operational and strategic changes, Compugates Holdings Berhad has undertaken a strategic shift toward property development and high-value agro-forestry commercialization to diversify revenue streams beyond traditional IT distribution. The company has structured joint development agreements and strategic alliances to monetize its Sepang land parcels for phased mixed-use and residential township developments. Concurrently, the group has expanded its agro-technology capabilities by implementing proprietary inoculation solutions to scale agarwood resin production and broadened the commercial distribution networks for its downstream gaharu wellness product lines.
